Systems

Fourteen systems, and the pipelines inside them.

Each one is a working machine with named stages, not a portfolio image. We built most of them for our own companies first, which means the expensive mistakes were ours. Take one as it stands, or have it rebuilt around your operation.

Open them yourself.

Case studies are easy to write. These are the domains — five businesses on the public internet right now, four of them ours and one a client's. Open any of them in a new tab and you are looking at the running thing, not a screenshot of it. Where the work was a WordPress or WooCommerce build rather than custom software, it says so.

  • Shopflooringshopflooring.caIn-house venture (opens in a new tab)Canadian flooring store where a homeowner plans and prices a project room by room.Built end to end and replatformed off WooCommerce: a box-rollup pricing engine that turns room dimensions into linear feet, boxes, square footage and a priced estimate with waste factors applied per product type; a catalogue of roughly 118,000 rows with search across it; supplier price lists normalised into one schema, with per-category density and weight calibration so freight is computed rather than guessed; live LTL and parcel rating; card checkout with financing on large-ticket orders; nightly offsite database backups on a dead-man's-switch heartbeat; and a dedicated mobile API so the native Android client shares the web store's data. The cutover ran behind a full redirect map of the legacy URLs, rehearsed before the nameservers moved.

  • Asislyasisly.comIn-house venture (opens in a new tab)An AI voice receptionist that answers a small business's phone, books appointments, takes orders and confirms by SMS.An Aspireco product, built and operated in house across three deployed properties: the marketing site, the owner dashboard and the API. A caller dials the business's own number, live transcription runs on the media stream, the model turn goes through Aspireco's own proxy with prompt caching, tool calls resolve the tenant server-side from the dialed number, and the voice model begins speaking about seventy-five milliseconds after the text is ready. Around that call path: twenty-five-plus call-time tools, thirty-three languages with native greetings, eighteen third-party connectors across calendar, payments, POS, accounting, CRM, field service and ecommerce, a dashboard in eight locales, sixty-plus versioned database migrations with row-level security, twenty-two cron jobs on a fifteen-minute cadence, 900-plus backend tests, and a live billing catalogue of thirty-plus products across five plans.

  • Norpexnorpex.caIn-house venture (opens in a new tab)Canadian online store for commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant supply. What norpex.ca serves today is a WordPress and WooCommerce storefront on a bespoke theme written for it, with always-on automations behind it covering payment routing, form routing, a support chat bot and a product knowledge base seeded into a vector store. Aspireco also built a multi-vendor marketplace for the same business — self-serve vendor onboarding, one cart across vendors, scheduled escrow release and a saved-search cron — but that is a separate build and is not currently serving a public domain, so it is not what you are looking at behind the link.

  • NHFC — Northern Hospitality & Food Consultingnhfc.caIn-house venture (opens in a new tab)Food-service consulting and construction firm taking Canadian restaurant, café and grocery projects from blueprint to opening.A web build, not custom software. The site runs on WordPress with a page-builder theme, and what Aspireco did differently was lay it out programmatically rather than by hand: a script authenticating to the WordPress REST API and pushing section definitions — hero blocks, icon-box service grids, typography and the brand palette — into ten specific pages, covering home, about, services, contact and six vertical consulting landing pages.
  • Culinary Hustlersculinaryhustlers.caClient engagement (opens in a new tab)Podcast and video brand covering the business of food.Client work — the site carries the Aspireco credit in its footer. Aspireco designed and built the WordPress site, then built the content production system behind it: six always-on workflows covering podcast briefing and scripting, blog production, a control bot, publishing, a failure digest, and a natural-voice podcast build that merges audio in three chunks. The producer runs a staged human gate over chat — brief request, script approval, revise or reject — before anything is generated as two-voice dialogue, given intro, outro and a rotating sponsor read, and queued for publishing. Aspireco also designed the content-calendar database it runs on, including sponsor campaigns and a nine-state item lifecycle held separately from approval state.
