What we built
- 01
Covered the full surface — image conversion and repair, PDF merge, split, crop, protect, unlock, watermark and office-format export, media transcoding, trimming and normalisation.

Added OCR across twelve languages so scanned documents become searchable in place.
- 03
Ran everything through a thread-pooled job queue with automatic deletion an hour after processing.

Kept the service local by default, binding to loopback rather than shipping an open port.

Drove the interface from configuration, so a new operation is a schema entry rather than a new page.
